My Work
Our core service includes on-site home repairs, fixture fitting, minor plumbing fixes, general property maintenance, and emergency small-scale household fixes. We accept secure card payments directly on location via Tap to Pay on iPhone, as well as custom digital invoices for remote booking payments. Every transaction is legitimate service compensation, fully recorded with official invoices for compliance and record-keeping.
Service List & Pricing (Imperial Units Only)Wall & Decoration Works1. Internal wall preparation, priming and two-coat emulsion painting: £3.20 per square foot. Service includes wall sanding, minor crack filling and masking work. Major wall damage repair is not included.2. External wall anti-mould treatment plus two coats masonry paint: £4.80 per square foot, including full surface cleaning before painting.3. Timber framed plasterboard partition wall installation with double plasterboard and joint finishing: £10.75 per square foot. Sound insulation and skirting boards are excluded.4. Small wall hole and crack cosmetic repair: £1.25 per square foot.Flooring Installation Services1. Laminate floor fitting, underlay installation and finishing trim: £8.10 per square foot. Laminate flooring material is charged separately.2. Carpet fitting with heavy-duty underlay and gripper rods: £3.85 per square foot. Old carpet uplift and basic waste clearance are included.3. Ceramic wall & floor tile fixing plus grouting work: £9.70 per square foot, tile adhesive and standard grey grout included.4. Bathroom shower area waterproof tanking system installation: £10.80 per square foot, fully compliant with UK building regulations and covered under a 5-year workmanship guarantee.Linear Joinery & Fitting Works (Priced per linear foot)1. Primed MDF skirting board supply and installation: £4.20 per linear foot, pinned, fitted and sealed with silicone caulk.2. Window draught proof seal replacement and perimeter sealing bead: £27.00 per linear foot measured around the whole window frame.3. Quartz kitchen worktop cutting, edge polishing and full installation: £55.00 per linear foot, including sink cutout and final silicone sealing.4. Wall-mounted floating cabinet installation: £11.50 per square foot, calculated using cabinet front surface area.Door, Ceiling & Loft Jobs1. Full internal door hanging service including hinges, latch and lock fitting: £160 per door, including frame adjustment, gap alignment and operational testing.2. Ceiling water damage patch repair plus repainting: £95 per single patch, valid for damaged areas up to 12 square feet.3. 150mm mineral wool loft insulation roll installation between ceiling joists: £2.95 per square foot.General TermsAll unit prices are fixed for standard domestic residential jobs. Extra labour or complicated site conditions will be agreed and quoted in writing before work starts. Quotation validity period: 30 days. Standard payment terms: 25% deposit upon booking, remaining balance payable after full completion and client inspection. Separate waste disposal fee: £45 per skip bag if required. All works follow UK residential construction standards.
